Marissa Liu is a naturally gifted pianist living in Tennessee. She started learning piano at age of four and displayed a remarkable talent since then.
When she's 6 year old, Marissa became the youngest-ever Grand Prix winner of the prestigious Cincinnati World Piano Competition at Young Artist division in June, 2012 and the youngest-ever Grand Prix winner of the Sonatina and Sonata International Youth Piano Competition held at Texas in April, 2012. Also, she's the youngest-ever medalist of Cincinnati World Piano Competition, when she won Silver Medal at age 5 in June 2011. Her performance and news have appeared on various media including Channel 3, Channel 5, Fox 13 and The Commercial Appeal etc. She has been invited to perform at Carnegie Hall three times.
